The Island’s largest Garden Fair is returning for its 25th year on Saturday 30th & Sunday 31st August 2025 offering family friendly fun for everyone.
2024 saw a wonderful weekend where the fair welcomed over 7000 visitors enjoying a range of live shows, Elizabethan re-enactments, Vintage Tractor & Engine displays, Spinners & weavers, Embroiderers and Lacemakers, magic with Randini, Food Trucks, alongside our showground of over 200 garden and craft exhibitors showcasing their wares. In the Hare Garden we had a variety of IOW Bouncy Castles, vintage amusements and some furry and feathered friends from the West Wight Alpacas, IOW Poultry tent and The Falconry Experience! In our Country & Moat field we had find ‘Have a Go Archery’, ‘hugging a huskie’, kayaking around the moat with Tact-isle Adventures, Live chainsaw carving & IOW coppice displays and demonstrations from Ability Dogs4Young People , ‘Have a go agility’ and a fun dog show with local obedience group ‘Barking Mad each day!
Our 2024 Fair raised £30,000 for the IOW Foodbank and also supported other local Island charities The Wave Project, Care in The Garden and UKSA with smaller donations.
Parking is free and tickets can be purchased on the door for the daily admission price of £8 Adults, Children under 14 go free! The garden fair is accessible by the no 12 Southern Vectis bus route with a signposted footpath through the village. Stall holder & activity payment methods vary so we recommend you bring cash. Wolverton is a dog friendly event so feel free to bring your furry friends as long as they are kept on a lead.
